Objective

The Standing Order, Derby’s figurehead JD Wetherspoon, commissioned us to refurbish the interior and exterior of this period building while expanding into a connected space, retaining period features while maintaining the essence of the building.

Solution

On budget and on time, this project took 16 weeks to complete from start to finish. The floor to ceiling renovation also included kitchen and toilet refurbishments and adding a much desired beer garden. The expansion bolstered the size of the establishment by more than 2,000 sq ft by incorporating an adjoining business premises.
